The keys to the design process are communication, cooperation, and time management. Concrete Reality will help with all the keys to ensure a smooth design and delivery. There is a five step process to achieve this.
Step 1—Meet with client and/or designer or architect to discuss the design goals and options.
Step 2—Finalize the design. This includes layout, color selection, and price quote.
Step 3—Receive approval of quote. Take job site measurements and provide shop drawings for client approval
Step 4—Receive shop drawings approval. Begin fabrication in our studio. This normally is a 4-6 week process.
Step 5—Tops are delivered and installed.
These steps will help ensure that the completion of any new design project will be a success. The time, energy and effort put forth will lead to a custom built concrete countertop that will meet all of your needs and design criteria.
